Mr. Christopher Crutchfield is a music educator, jazz saxophonist, and nonprofit founder dedicated to expanding access to jazz education and mentorship in Central Arkansas. He serves as Founder and Chief Executive Officer of The Baritone Foundation, where he leads programs centered on student development, community engagement, and the preservation of Black American jazz traditions. In addition to his nonprofit leadership, Crutchfield is an active educator and performer whose work bridges classroom instruction, professional musicianship, and community-based arts programming.

Mr. Anthony Montgomery is a music educator committed to expanding access to high-quality music education and performance opportunities for students across Central Arkansas. He serves as Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer of The Baritone Foundation, where he oversees program operations, educator engagement, and organizational systems that support sustainable, community-centered arts programming. Montgomery is an active band director whose work bridges school-based instruction, mentorship, and nonprofit program development.
