Affiliate Educators are independent private instructors and studios aligned with The Baritone Foundation’s mission. These educators support students through instruction, preparation, referrals, and limited collaboration while maintaining independent practices.

The Little Rock Community Studio, Led by Read Admire, is a Little Rock music school offering group classes, summer camps, and workshops in guitar, jazz band, and recording technology. Aimed at students 12 and up, the studio emphasizes playing in an ensemble setting, focusing on music theory and songwriting, with a "pay what you can" donation model and free meals. The biggest collaboration between the Little Rock Community Studio and The Baritone Foundation has been the after school jazz program, piloted at North Little Rock Middle School and funded by the Arkansas Arts Council and their Arts in Education Grant.

Dr. Patrick Wyman Thames is a veteran music educator with over 20 years of experience in public and private education. He holds degrees from Arkansas Tech University, the University of Arkansas at Monticello, and Liberty University. Dr. Thames is the owner of Thames Music Studio and currently serves as music teacher at Meadow Park Elementary and Band Director at Calvary Academy. His students regularly earn All-Region and All-State honors, and many have gone on to become professional musicians and music educators.
